1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Accelerated Computing Technologies (AcceleratedCT), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

AcceleratedCT provides web development, web design, AI automation, SEO, and related digital services. All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions set forth in individual service agreements or project proposals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

Projects may require a deposit before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement
Late payments may incur additional fees
All prices are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is signed

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed work will transfer to the client, subject to the following:

AcceleratedCT retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes
Third-party components, libraries, or services may have their own licensing terms
Source code and design files will be provided as specified in the project agreement

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
Timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline
Ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided
Maintaining backups of their data and content

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

AcceleratedCT provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

The uninterrupted or error-free operation of services
The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided
Results or outcomes from the use of our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcceleratedCT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are typically included in project scope. Significant changes or additional features may incur additional charges. The number of revision rounds and scope of included revisions will be specified in individual project agreements.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

Clients may cancel projects at any time with written notice
Payment for completed work is non-refundable
Deposits may be refundable depending on project stage and agreement terms
AcceleratedCT reserves the right to cancel projects for non-payment or breach of terms

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
